Highly recommended.
We used toyoko inn as our base accommodation for 3-week Sakura trip , we checked in and out and totally got so far 7 nights there, it meets our expectation and very worth the price during peak season as they don’t rise price dramatically. Breakfast is good and good coffee. Laundry is considered well maintained and clean. Queen room is spacious comparing to other Tokyo rooms. The design is also very convenient to stay and you can put the suitcase under the bed which creates space for living . Higher floor view is also good .
Staff shall improve English speaking.

Great place to stay at a reasonable price
Very happy with the hotel. It's great value for money, especially considering how expensive other hotels are in Tokyo. This is a simple hotel with a small room, but we only used it to sleep at night. As in other places in Japan, the hotel provides pjs and slippers, which is great. Although it is located outside Tokyo, it is easily accessible by train, just check the schedule as they don't run late at night. Overall, we are very happy with the hotel.
It's not that we didn't like it, but breakfast was served quite early in the morning and it was fairly simple. Because of the timing, we used to eat outside instead. However, the staff was great. On our first day, when we arrived a bit late for the breakfast, they still made an effort to provide us with some food.
